I am a general (non-Trojan Athletic Fund member)season ticket holder.
How can I upgrade or relocate my seats?
There are two ways you can upgrade or relocate your seats:
- First, you can join Trojan Athletic Fund by becoming a donor for access to better seat locations.

- Second, you can take part in our new and efficient online ticket upgrade/relocation process in the late Spring (April-May) when appointment times are sent out. This system will allow you, our season ticket holder, the ability to log-in to an interactive and real-time website to view available seat locations. At that time, should you choose to, you may relocate/upgrade your seat location or add-on available seats (Note: This is all dependent on availability). Should you choose not to relocate/upgrade your seat location you will automatically receive the same seat as you had throughout the 2013 season. You are also not required to log in to the website and should you decide not to you will receive the same seats as you had last year. This process is optional and intended to give you, our season ticket holders who want to explore the possibility of relocating their season tickets, a transparent way to see all available options.
How the process works:
- Accounts renewed by the February 28 deadline and paid either in full or current on a payment plan will receive an appointment date/time to access the website.
- Appointment times will be based on concurrent years of tenure as a season ticket holder and will be determined after the renewal deadline of February 28. Email notifications of these appointment times will be sent in early April.
- The seat relocation/upgrade process is currently expected to begin in the middle of April (date subject to change).
- You will be able to make seat changes from the start of your appointment time until a selection has been made or once the system is offline (whichever occurs first). The process is expected to take approximately 1 month from the date of the first appointment.
- You may only change and submit your seat location once during this process.
- You may add-on additional seats during this time (there will be a cap on the number of seats you may add (Note: This number is TBD, but will likely be as little as 2 or as many as 4).
- If you wish to sit with a group of season ticket holders and you want to move together, you can do so by all selecting during the last appointment time in the group.
- Leaving single seats is not permitted (i.e. leaving an empty seat between your seats and the person who owns the ones next to you).
- Seats released by a season ticket holder who changes their location before you will automatically be available for other season ticket holders to select.
- Participation in this process is not required. If you choose not to participate, you will automatically retain your seats from the 2013 season.
- Accessible seat locations are not available during this process. Please call the ticket office directly at 213-740-GOSC for information on accessible locations.
- Ticket or donation balances created by changing seat locations are due once new seats have been selected.
- The software used during this process is Flash based and will not work on iPads, iPhones or other IOS devices. It is recommended that you use a laptop or desktop computer to access the seat change site.
